Dear Senior Parents/Guardians,

We are excited to announce that the 2027 Senior Trip will be an unforgettable trip to Orlando, Florida!

Dates: April 16–21, 2027
Destination: Orlando, Florida
Total Cost: $1,600 per student

The $1,600 trip cost will include:

• Round-trip transportation

• Hotel accommodations

• Theme park admission

• Scheduled activities and attractions

• Additional group experiences

• Other trip-related expenses

PAYMENT PLAN

A $200 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your student's spot on the trip.

Initial Deposit: $200
Due: October 15, 2026
This deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining $1,400 will be paid according to the following schedule:

Please note that the full balance of $1,600 must be paid by March 30, 2027. Students with an outstanding balance may not be permitted to participate in the trip.

Because we must secure reservations, transportation, hotel accommodations, and park tickets in advance, we expect all payments by the stated deadlines. The initial $200 deposit is non-refundable.

We are looking forward to creating an amazing senior experience for the Class of 2027! More detailed information regarding the hotel, itinerary, required forms, packing information, and additional trip expectations will be provided as we get closer to the trip.
